Los Angeles RoleplayLA Roleplay

Terms of Service

Effective October 26, 2026 · Applies to https://losangelesrp.site

1. Who we are

Los Angeles Roleplay (“we”, “us”) is a private roleplay community that operates a private server in the Roblox experience Emergency Response: Liberty County (ER:LC), together with a Discord server and this management panel (the “Service”). We are a hobbyist community. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or Police Roleplay Community.

2. Accepting these terms

By signing in to the Service, submitting an application, or taking part in our server, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are under the age of 13, or under the minimum age of digital consent in your country, you may not use the Service.

3. Accounts and linked services

Access is granted through Discord OAuth2 and, optionally, Roblox OAuth2. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including actions taken by anyone you let use it.

  • You must link accounts that genuinely belong to you. Linking someone else’s account is prohibited.
  • Alternate accounts used to evade moderation are prohibited.
  • We may revoke access at any time, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe these Terms or our community rules have been broken.

4. Community conduct

While using the Service and our ER:LC server, you agree not to:

  • Break the Roblox Terms of Use, Community Standards, or the ER:LC game rules;
  • Harass, threaten, discriminate against, or sexualise any person;
  • Exploit, cheat, use unauthorised third-party software, or abuse bugs in the game or this panel;
  • Deliberately disrupt roleplay — random deathmatch, fail roleplay, cop-baiting, or similar;
  • Impersonate staff, falsify records, or tamper with shift, infraction, or application data;
  • Attempt unauthorised access to the panel, its API, its database, or any staff account.

5. Staff positions and records

Staff rank, access, and in-game permissions are granted at our discretion and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Shifts, infractions, promotions, leave requests, and moderation actions are recorded and retained as described in our Privacy Policy. Where we provide an appeals process, the decision of the management team is final.

6. Moderation and enforcement

We may warn, kick, ban, blacklist, demote, or remove access in response to rule breaches. Enforcement actions may be applied to your in-game session, your Discord membership, and your panel account. We log the reason, the issuing staff member, and the time of every action.

7. Availability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We depend on third-party services — Roblox, the ER:LC private-server API, and Discord — and we cannot guarantee uptime, data accuracy, or that the private server will be running at any given moment. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service, including loss of in-game progress, rank, or data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Intellectual property

The Los Angeles Roleplay name, logo, and panel content belong to us. Roblox, ER:LC, and Discord assets belong to their respective owners and are used here only to operate our community. Content you submit — applications, reports, and messages — remains yours, but you grant us permission to store, display, and act on it for the purpose of running the community.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the community grows. Material changes will be announced in our Discord server, and the effective date above will be updated. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.

11. Contact

Questions about these Terms, or a request about your data, can be raised with the management team through our Discord server.
